How to initiate a return?

Return eligibility:

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
  • Products that cannot be returned include intimate apparel, swimwear, hosiery, and opened cosmetic products, as per the regulations.

Refund process:

Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping:
